An employee can be marked as on or off site. If the employee is marked “Off Site” they will not appear on the Fire List when printed.
The SFDC option is selected from the Work Orders screen. The employee is chosen and the “On/Off Site” button selected.
The screen will show the status of the employee and ask if the user wishes to mark the employee as on or off site depending on the current status. E.g. If the employee is on site, the screen will display, “Derek Dempster On Site. Do you wish to mark as Off Site? Press ENTER to confirm”
The user must select “Enter” to confirm the selection.
If the user wishes to reverse the process, the process is repeated which will change the status. The screen will display, “Derek Dempster Off Site. Do you wish to mark as On Site? Press ENTER to confirm.”
The user must again press Enter to confirm the change.
This option can be enabled or disabled in the Admin section – System Options. The user must then select the SFDC tab.
