This tool can be used to update various aspects of existing enquiries. These changes can only be made to enquiries that have not been marked as "Decided". This tool is accessed from the Tools menu at the top of Progress Plus.
The user can use the filters to search for specific enquiries if required, including using user defined field (UDF) values. Once any required filters have been applied, the user can click REFRESH to see all enquiries meeting the filter criteria.
The user will be presented with a list of enquiry lines that are available for update. The user can select the enquiry lines to be updated using the tick box on the right-hand side. Once selected, the user can use the Menu option to select the information to be updated.
Selecting any item on the list will prompt the user to select a new value to update the enquiries with. Some examples are shown below.

Promised Date
Lost Quote Reason
Some of the options available for updating will only update applicable enquiry lines. For example, setting a new LOST QUOTE REASON will only update enquiry lines that have a line status of LOST. Once the user makes their selection and clicks ACCEPT, the selected enquiry lines will be updated accordingly.
