This tool provides the user with a way to generate non-standard characters, including engineering symbols. This tool is accessed from the Tools menu at the top of Progress Plus.
The user can select any font already installed on their PC from the drop-down list and then search for the relevant character or symbol they require. Clicking on any individual character will add it to the CHARACTERS TO COPY field. The user can then copy the characters selected and use them elsewhere in the system (i.e. descriptions fields, notes fields, etc.)
