This set of options relate to an additional add-in that is available for Progress Plus that works with Microsoft Outlook (email client) to send emails to Progress Plus allowing the user to transfer communications with contacts into Progress Plus for reference.
The options above allow the system administrator to set the centralised location of the add-in and also provides an option to download the latest version from the Progress Plus website. The database option sets the database that the add-in will use for verifying the email addresses against so it know which customer or supplier to record the emails against.
