This section of the manual covers some additional functionality available in Progress Plus.
Fire List
Progress Plus has the ability to generate a Fire List in the event a fire is detected and the site needs to be evacuated. The Fire List will provide a list of all employees who are working on site for use when ensuring all employees are accounted for.
The Fire List can be triggered from within the main Progress Plus system (bottom of the screen), from within the additional Shop Floor Data Collection (SFDC) module or from a T&A clocking station. The user can also preview the Fire List report from within the SFDC Status screen.

From within the SFDC or T&A clocking clients, the Fire List report will be automatically printed to the client's default printer or the specified printer in the Admin settings.
From within the main system, the Fire List report will be printed on the client's default printer or the printer specified AND will be emailed to the list of recipients set in the Admin settings.

The Fire List will show all employees who are currently clocked in and onsite, as well as any visitors. Any employee who has marked themselves as "offsite" via the SFDC module will not be included in the report as shown above.
Fire List Configuration & Delivery
The Fire List has some system options available in the Admin section of Progress Plus. These allow the user to configure how the report is grouped, as well as providing options for emailing the report to one or more recipients.

The Fire List report can also be directed to print on a specific printer if desired. This can be configured in the Printing system options in the Admin section of Progress Plus. Generation of the Fire List will automatically print to the specific printer when configured. If no specific printer is set, the Fire List report will be sent to the clients default printer.
