This tool allows the user to update multiple enquiries to "Decided" status. This tool is accessed from the Tools menu at the top of Progress Plus.
The user has a selection of filters available at the top of the screen which will allow them to filter the listed enquiries further, including a variety of date filters. Once any additional filters have been applied the user can update the grid using the REFRESH option.
The user can select the enquiries to be updated by simply ticking the box (in yellow) against each enquiry they wish to update. Once all selections have been made, clicking the ACCEPT option will prompt the user to confirm before the system updates the enquiry to "Decided" status.
Once updated, the screen will refresh to remove any that have been updated.
