Manufacturing Software Support Analyst
Berkeley Myles Solutons Ltd requires a professional and efficient individual to join our support & implementation team.
The position is based at our Glasgow offices and involves providing helpdesk support via telephone and remote control to existing ProgressPlus software users. Although office-based, occasional travel throughout the country will be required for customer training & support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have familiarity & knowledge of (preferably gained within) an engineering or manufacturing environment; ideally with hands-on experience involving manufacturing software systems. Consideration will also be given to recent graduates in a manufacturing discipline.
