– the latest version of our leading Production Control System.
Our priority, since we began trading in 1996, has been to provide what our customers need. No two companies are the same and our systems have continually evolved to satisfy new requirements. But ‘bolting-on’ functionality to existing software generally makes it less flexible and more cumbersome to use. This, coupled with advances in technology, encouraged us to develop a completely new product from scratch. Progress (our flagship product for the last four years) was launched in the summer of 2002 and there are now over 1000 users throughout the UK operating the system.
Last year, as part of our programme of continual enhancement, we re-evaluated user requirements – both now and for the future. As a result, we have incorporated some new features and have added a Customer Relationship Management tool that was high up the list of demands. Once again, we took the time to fully integrate all this new functionality into the software. The result is ProgressPlus.
Our decision to re-design from scratch based on our extensive experience, our continual development programme and our excellent backup and support services ensure that our customers can rely on us to help keep them at the forefront of their industry.
